hi there, i was checking out the options on a s6 edge, i bought from sonera a few months ago, and my friend in england has a option of something called WIFI CALLING
will this every be introduced to sonera does anybody know
wifi calling is only used by following operators
- Kanada: Bell tai Rogers.
- Hongkong: 3 tai SmarTone.
- Iso-Britannia: EE tai Vodafone.
- Yhdysvallat: AT&T, Sprint tai T-Mobile.
about year ago someone asked this same thing, nothing answered. it was via facebook, if i remember right.
finland has so well working 3g network, so it is kind of useless i think.

Sonera beta testing wifi calling few weeks ago. I think maybe next year Sonera starting VoWIFI (Voice over WIFI) service. I have tested VoWIFI beta and its working very good :)
Do you have problem about coverage your apartment?
i read an article about that also, it was dated year ago and it said wowifi is coming some day in the future.so not really accurate information about that. so thanks for that updated info.
My apartment has a good coverage. I was just wondering if WiFi calling would ever be available. More of a wonder then a problem. Maybe there could be a group chat or group talk . I've seen it on a TV program where a few people was talking to each other on the own phones . Like a big conference. Thanks for the info anyway .

You can call over 3G group talk? Or because in Finland we have mostly Unlimited traffic you can call over VoIP.
