I bought an Asus ROG phone around 2 months ago from telia just for gaming. I waited a long time for gamevice controller and it's gears to buy it in Finland, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I searched online, but they don't ship to Finland. I called Asus support and they didn't answer my phone then I went to telia and they called Asus for my problem, Asus support took my personal info and said we will contact you if we find it. Asus didn't contact me and I know I can never find gears for this phone in Finland. I already have a galaxy s8 and this phone is just for gaming. I didn't used it much, the phone is on perfect condition and everything is in the box. I paid 2 invoices and I don't want that money back, just I want to return the phone. I also spent 55 euros for screen protector and cover for the phone. Please help me in this.
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't hear from Asus support. Hopefully they will still contact you soon as they said. We have 14 days return period with all of our products that are bought from webstore or customer service. Telia Shops don't have returning period. If you bought the phone 2 months ago unfortunately it can't be returned to Telia anymore. Same goes with phone accessories.
If someone can find any buyer, I'll sell the phone to him on cheap. I haven't used it that much just for 1 game I bought this phone.Can I contact reclamation of telia?
