Problem with my 10M broadband (no access)

Hi,
Sonera just activated my broadband today in my flat (10MB broadband), But when i plug my modem (i own my own cable modem) on the tv plug, no connection to the network ...

in my profile, is registrated another modem, i dont know why, and maybe this can be the cause of the problem?

Hey arakis!

Have you informed us that you have your own modem? We will need MAC number of your cable modem, so best solution in this case is that you send your customer number and MAC numbers to our Facebooks private chat or contact our technical support by phone 0206 90101.
