and now after i worked out i can not watch the catch up service on bbc entertainment, i can no longer record the shows from bbc entertainment ?
it says call sonera customer service
is there something other then call sonera i can do to get it back working
or is there some service update etc

With your current Set Top Box it is not possible to record BBC entertainment shows.
For you to do this, you need a PVR STB with a hard drive. You can order a PVR STB from our customer service, 0200 17000.
