error code 714

i am having problems with my koti tv

i get error 714 after reseting the koti tv box

 

i tried reseting the router 10x

i tried resting the koti tv box 10x

 

ive tried turning the box off for 30mins

tried the router off for 30 mins

 

i check the iptv service in my thomson router and it says gateway error on ip 88.192.208.1

 

is someone able to check my gateway ip address

Can you check that ethernet cable from digibox to the router is connected to LAN port? If it is then you should inform to our technical service so they fix the problem. Technical service number is 020690101.
