As I understand from your web page, I should receive e-mail confirmation regards my order. I placed an order week ago, no e-mail was sent, order number shown on last page was this:

and when I open this - no changes have been maid. I would like to enter a code but I don't have it!!!

I really do need this sim card already yesterday, please, help me to solve this delay.

Unfortunately we don't find anything with the number you gave, do you have another, for example reference number for the order?

What kind of order did you make? Post-paid subscription or Prepaid?

If you have a customer number, you should add it to your profile via settings.
