on the 26th of November placed an order online for a new subscription and new sim card.
when can i expect it to be delivered?

    Good day Abolins! Normally the sim-card will be delevered in 2-7 days so I think you should get it by tomorrow. You can also add your new phone number to Profile details so that we can check the situation.

    I don't remember new phone number as I have not received an email regards my order. But the order number is:

    Unfortunately we're not able to check it with that order number. Could You please contact our customer care. We need more specific details and it's better not to give them here we're everyone can see them. :)
