About telia and its commitment

Hello, I have changed my connection couple of months ago, telia was calling and giving few offers to change it, I used telia before but their commitment to the customer was not good at all (from my experience). well, coming to main point- I changed my 2 connection and I gpt one gift card , but as they promised me to provide 2 gift card and 2 gift hampers . I have contacted many time , at least 5 times but their answer is same ( aah sorry , we will put the request to send it) I am surprised that its been already couple of months I am listing this but card or anything did not arrived.  I already give up and just wanted to ask -ist it fraud activities - whilie promising sometimg and in the name of gift or whatever telia give false or wrong info to its customer?

Hi ​@sohan, welcome to Telia Yhteisö Community, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience! First of all I’m sorry to hear how long you’ve been waiting. It’s understandable that repeated delays and mixed information affect trust, especially when you were expecting two gift cards.

As a general note, campaign gifts are delivered according to their terms, though delays can sometimes occur for logistical reasons. What you’re describing does not indicate fraud, but it clearly shows that the delivery and communication haven’t met expectations.

Here in Telia Yhteisö we can’t check individual cases, but feedback like yours is important and helps highlight where processes should improve. I hope the remaining items reach you soon and that your experience with us improves from here.
