Difference between Telia.vip and Telia touchpoint and allowing via the Firewall

What exactly is the difference between Telia.vip and Telia Touchpoint?

How to allow both applications to pass the firewall, what ports need to be opened?

I found this for touchpoint, can the same be used for telia.vip?

If you have checked firewall configuration settings from document that you linked, it doesn’t work in Finland, because it include Touchpoint Plus settings in Denmark.
 

First you need to log-in to https://vip.telia.fi -serviceportal, and then you can access the english version of the guide. For additional questions regarding the configurations, please contact our support 0200 20 300.
