4G almost unusable

Hi there,

I have a 4G connection at home which has worked great until 2-3 days ago. Since then it has become almost unusable - it works intermittently and when it does it is ridiculously slow. Pings and traceroutes even to google and other major sites don't look good, with packets lost etc. A few times I have tried to restart the router but it hasn't made any difference. I live in Espoo Viherlaakso.

Can you help? :)

    Hi Vito Botta!

    Could you add your customernumber to your account details, so I can check your services for flaws.

    You can do it via "Omat asetukset >> Profiili >> Asiakasnumero".

    Hi!

    Thanks for the quick response. Surprisingly it seems to behaving normally today, or at least speed is back to normal and I haven't see any disconnections yet. Maybe opening this thread fixed it :D
    I'll leave it on hold and will bump it again if the problem persists.
    In the meantime thanks a lot for the quick response and availability!

    Thats just great! Maybe there was a minor bug or maybe the base stations had an update. Anyways im happy it works now, just let me know if it does it again. :)
