    Eilen pätki jälleen todella paljon. DHCP:n pois ottaminen paransi tilannetta hieman.

    Tutkittiin erään kaverin (joka jotain tietää näistä asioista) kanssa tapausta.

    Hän tsekkasi etänä modeemin asetukset, ja kertoi että ei näyttäisi olevan purkissa mitään vikaa.

    Aiemmin seurailin purkin käyttäytymistä ja huomasin todella, että yhteys katkoo kun juna menee ohitse. Eli tästä vedettiin johtopäätös, että märkä syksy yhdistettynä nopeaan pakastumiseen on kohmettanut talon ulkopuolella olevan puhelinrasian, ja sisäänkin on päässyt kuuraa. Juna saattaa tässä tapauksessa häiritä lisää linjaa. Pakkasella myös ilma on kuivempaa jolloin häiriöt ovat tehokkaammat. Jsokus esim. tv-signaali häviää kun juna menee ohitse. SNR-arvot olivat kuulemma vähän liian heikot myös.

    Jos saat tuon saman ongelman toistettua myös toisella modeemilla niin silloin kannattaa jättää asiasta vikailmoitus juuri nuilla ylemmillä lisätiedoilla mitkä olet saanut selville. Vikailmoituksen voit jättää soittamalla vikapalveluun tai jättämällä palvelupyynnön omien sivujen kautta.

    Vikailmoitus on jätetty jo 2 vkoa sitten, ja asentaja kävi toteamassa kotonamme ettei yhteydessä ole vikaa. Samalla hän tarkisti myös tien vieressä olevan "boxin". Puhelintuki ei myöskään havainnut yhteydessä vikaa. Luulempa että häiriö on omissa puhelinjohdoissa.

    Niin, ja turhaan sitä vikailm. on jättää kun Soneran asentaja tutkii VAIN laajakaistan toimivuuden eikä puhelinlinjan kytkentöjä. Tähän ongelmaan pitää soittaa puhelinyhtiön (tms) kaveri.

    Jep, nyt on pysynyt ylhäällä ilman katkoja. Pakkasta enää 6 astetta. 1:12 yöllä oli viimeisin katkos, sen jälkeen ei mitään,

    Kannattaa tuosta tehdä uudempaa vikailmoitusta. Olethan siis vikapalveluumme yhteydessä. Vikailmoitusta tehtäessä kannattaa mainita jos olet huomannut kelien vaikuttavan yhteyksiin, esim. jos nuo lämpötilan vaihtelut ovat nyt yhteyden toimivuuteen vaikuttaneet.
