Cable 10/1 & Bill issues

Im having problems with the Cable 10/1 cuts down time to time every now and then.
Atm im pinging Google and i keep losing connection quite often and wich is annoying as i need stable connection when im here using it.

Also i got a mail that im missing one mounth's of payment and at the same time SMS next bill is 0,00 euros?

As i cant login to Omat Sivut with out bank comfirmation and OP wont allow me to open a bank account with foreign id papers im asking if the support can contact with mail on my mail address where i get the bill's

Hi Rane2k,
The customer number you have given us belongs to a person with Finnish ID. Could you ask this person to call us? Then we could check the connection status and check the bills. If the owner and user of the connection are two different people we need confirmation from the owner that we can give information to the user. Phone number to our Customer Service is 0200 17000.
