I have a question but I can not contact to customer service because the line is always busy. I hope that someone can help me.
Last year I lived in Tampere and signed up to use Sonera's internet. My roommate was the owner of this line and I was the payer, so my name was on the bill. But now, we don't live in Tampere and my roommate was transfer the ownership of this line to new person who moved to my home in Tampere. However, my name is still on the bill. So, if that person doesn't pay the bill for example, it will be harmful for me or not? How can I solve this problem?
