I am not getting Incoming calls to my Mobile,Sonera Network.

Hi,
I am from India. I am using Airtel Network Postpaid connection.
My number is +919500064293.

I am getting connected to sonera network here in Varkaus, Finland.
Also I am not getting Incoming calls here in finalnd. But outgoing calls are fine.
I checked from India Airtel Network, they are saying that everything is ok.

Could you please help me to solve this issue ? We need the contact, if there is an emergency to contact us from India.

Hi sbala_810!

Could you specify when this problem has started or has it always been like this? You told that You have AirTel subsricption. Is it Punjab, Kerala, Delhi or what? How about persons who try to call You ... what Your number inform to the caller?

Problem has started , since i come to Finland. Initially both incoming and outgoing not worked for me.
I explained the problem to Airtel Tamilnadu,India.
Later Outgoing calls are going now. But incoming calls not yet.
Again it was explained to Airtel Tamilnadu. They tried , but unable to solve the problem, telling that problem will be the network in Finland. I do not know exactly.
Persons were tried from my chennai ,Tamilnadu office and my home, friends from India.
Also, my chennai colleagues are working here with me in finland. We do not able to make calls between us.
If someone calls me, they will get full ring and call end after that. But i am not getting any sign of a call in my phone(No missed calls, NO ringing sound).
Apart form all these, i am only getting sms from both ends.
So, please solve the issue.
I am using Nokia phones, also Micromax canvas a110 model phone.

Hi S Balachandar,

Our technical customer service has been investigating the problem and now we ask you to contact your own operator. They should do a fault report regarding this problem.

Thank you so much for your response again!

I do not know about this , Because our office Admin people (chennai-tamilnadu India) is contacting the network. It is not possible to get that i presume.

sbala_810: We ment that You have to do a failure report to Your own operator to India and operator take contact us. After that we can investigate the problem.
