Hi tardu! Sim-lock will be removed automatically when two years contract ends. You just have to connect your iPhone to iTunes. Have you done that?

Did you insert new sim card into your phone before connecting it to itunes? (New sim-card from operator that you will be using in the future)

Have you managed to get your iPhone working with a new SIM-card? If not, please add your Asiakasnumero (Customer Number) to your profile here in this Keskustelupalsta.

Instructions on how to add your Asiakasnumero (Customer Number) :

1. Choose Omat asetukset.
2. Choose Profiili.
3. Write your Asiakasnumero (Customer Number, which is 10 digits), that you can find in your Sonera´s invoices.
5. Press Lähetä.

After you have added your Asiakasnumero (Customer Number), we shall investigate the situation further.
