We have ordered internet connection from Sonera about 2 months ago, which included free modem delivered by post. 1.5 weeks ago they called to say the connection is working, but they forgot to ship the modem. Modem arrived last week but the connection is still didn't work. Every time there was a problem it required calling Sonera, which means huge waiting line. Calling service now:

After receiving confirmation from Sonera that your line has been connected your ADSL should be ready to use. Next step is to connect the modem and to see if the DSL light lits up indicating that the connection has been found.
To check that your modem has the right settings check this ADSL modem and settings website.
If your apartment has several phone sockets its adviced to try your modem to each of them and see if the DSL lits up.
If you are still having issues with the connection you can submit an error report by using this service request form. To submit a service request you must login to the form with the user ID and password provided by Sonera.
Submitting an error report through this forum is not possible.
