Silver level and Spotify error

Hey

So I have a silver level in customer loyalty program, and I am trying to activate the 2-month Spotify Premium offer. I already have a Spotify Free account which I'd like to upgrade. But when I send my details, I get an error saying "Virhe! Jotain meni pieleen, kokeile uudelleen". Trying again results in the same error. What do I do?

Hello felibb, Are you sure you gave same user ID and email address, than your Spotify Free account have? Does your Spotify Free works fine (so that account is active)?

If you are sure you have gave right details but still you can´t activate our Spotify Premium offer, I´m asking to you add your customer number to your discussion board user ID details. You can find your customer number example on your last phone bill (10 digits/numbers). Anyone, except us can´t see your customer number. That number helps us to solve your problem.

Yes, my Spotify account is active, and details are correct, I double-checked. I also added my customer number to my details.

Hmmm, something went wrong because I can´t see your customer number.

Did you add it to --> "Omat asetukset" (own settings) --> "Profiili" (profile) --> "Asiakasnumero" (customer number) ?

Sorry, now it is there. I didn't remove the spaces the first time (30xxxxxxxx vs. 30 xxxx xxxx).

I didn´t find any specified reason why you got that error-message, and it seems we don´t have any problem in our website (or there is but we don´t know it yeat).

We search more deeply, and when we know more we´ll inform you how things goes.
