ive got 2 phones,1 works on 3g and my galaxy note is not working on 3g

i called today and asked if it will be fixed,they are having a few 3g problems in helsinki and espoo
but my galaxy note doesnt connect to 3g


yet my prepay does


whats the problems and can i do somehing to help

Hi forsh:

We have had some problems with 3G data network today in Helsinki area, but everything should work now.

Have you tried to switch your Galaxy Note off and on again? Reset usually helps with these cases and if nothing else, then try to reset the data settings from your device.

ive tryed switching it off a few times,i left it off for 20 miniutes the restarted it

i used restart phone a few times

removed sim card,tryed new sonera pre pay sim card,that worked on 3g

but my contract sim doesnt work

can you see my customer number and try see whats the fault

ive just payed my bill bill,a little late but just payed it

I double checked your phone subcriptions and there is nothing that should block your 3G network. Is the problem only in data traffic or does it affect also in phone calls?

If resets don't help at all you should contact our technical support in number 0206 90101.

its data traffic and calls,i dont get the little 3g icon or the hsdp+ icon

calls work and sms works but no data
