TG789vn connection problems

Hi,

I have TG789vn with firware 8.C.H.2
And it shows strange numbers in DSL Connection details page (see attachment).

My 1st concern is Output Power (Up/Down) : 429496706,5 / 12,6
and 2nd one is Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 6.989 / 69.997

It should to be close to 10 / 100, but it is about 30% less, so I would say it is rather large deviation.

With or without extension cord bandwidth numbers are the same.

    Hi Maslovalex,

    Connection speed is in accordance with contract terms. The drop in the connection speed might be caused by the internal network of your builbing. Also long phone cables can impair your connection.

    Has there been any other problems with your connection? Is the connection braking up?

    Have you tried to reset your Thomson service router?
