Why did I got invoice when I paid deposit?

Hello,

why did I still got invoice when I paid the deposit for internet broadband up front, 200 euros?

Is this paid or not??

    Hi Stansi-1!

    There is 2 kind of deposit. 1. deposit, which is kind of advance payment 2. deposit, which is kind of insurance. Rules and choices for the deposit comes from the credit company. If you want ask more about this, please contact sergel oy( 0200 12112 mon- Fri 8-18).
