Wireless router difficulties

Hi.

I am using HOASNet at home and there is not any problem in my connection.

Recently I bought a Netwjork router (http://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi/product/ ... ema-musta#) to distribute the internet in the home, but it cannot be connected to the internet.

I can connect to the router and start the setup process, but it cannot identify the internet connection. I examined different cables but it is not working yet. The automatic setup process does not show any error, but the wan LED on the router is always off.

I was wondering if you can give me some information. Is there any way to set it up manually and if so, which information I need to do that. and do you think that there is a problem with the router or it just need to be configured correctly.

    Does your connection work, if you plug your computer directly to the datasocket with a ethernet cable?
    If the connection does not still work, please do not hesitate to contact our Technical Support, 0206 90101 mon-fri 8-20, sat 9-16.30 (mobile phone charge/local network charge).
    If the connection is working properly with a ethernet cable and the problem is in your own router, I recommend that you call to Helpson 0600 101000 mon-fri 8-21, sat 9-17 (1,99€/min+mobile phone charge/local network charge).
