i want to know what my phone bill will be next month. i have changed my service from L package to the 9,90 per month packages. i just want to confirm that this change will take place next month.

You can check your subscription at Omat Sivut web portal http://sonera.fi/omatsivut
If you can't access them, you'll need to contact Sonera Customer service in one of their channels. Here at Klaani they can't handle customer specific issues that require identifying the customer. You can contact Customer service via phone, Facebook or Twitter for example.
