Mistä saan PUK-koodin?

Hello! I accidentally put my sim card on lock and now it needs puk code.I have lost my PUK code and can't get in .I need new code or something I can get in.

Is this an invoiced subscription or a prepaid?

For invoiced subscriptions, log on to Telia’s customer portal as the owner of your subscription (kirjaudu liittymän omistajana) using your Finnish online banking credentials, your Finnish ID card (with chip and a smartcard reader) or your Mobiilivarmenne (Mobile ID).

Alternatively, if you have already set up a per subscription user password, log on as a user (kirjaudu liittymän käyttäjänä) with phone number and password.

Navigate to Minun Telia, Liittymäni ja palveluni, find the phone number in question and click Hallinnoi tilausta. On the left column there will be a box filled with information about your subscription. Scroll down to PUK1-koodi. That is your PUK key.

For prepaids check the card frame that came with the sim-card. Your PUK key has been engraved on the frame, under the scratching surface.

If you have already set up a per subscription user password on Telia’s customer portal, you can log on as a user using your phone number and password, too.

When logged in Minun Telia, you can update your subscription and services and, for instance, pay bills and check the PUK code.
