What is wrong with this company?

 

First Sonera scam me about price. I contacted sonera 2 times during autum 2015 that bills were wrong. They accepted that they made mistake, and promised that they fixed problem. Next month new wrong bill come again.

 

And I see that now they just added me service that i never ordered (Verkkotallennus). And include it in bills.

 

Earlier I could complain inside their system. Now Viestintäkeskuks don't provide way to contact sonera anymore.

 

These are list of ids of wrong bills:

This is example of last correct bill that i received from sonera:

What should i do to stop it? Contact to consumer protection? Or maybe someone inside Sonera directly?

I would recommend you to contact consumer protection as Sonera usually has a bad habit of not providing good consumer support at all.

I would suggest you to contact Sonera's Customer Service about your invoices and what's wrong with them. Klaani is an open public discussion forum for interaction in general level about digital life and Sonera's services, not a place where you can post customer issues that require customer identification. Therefore your issues can not be dealt with in here.



 



You should either call the customer service, or send a service request from Omat Sivut.



The chat service nowadays works only when you log-in with Sonera Tunnus, not when logging-in with phone number or broadband credentials. You can make a Sonera Tunnus to enable the chat by going to http://sonera.fi/omatsivut -> selecting Luo Tunnus and identifying with web-bank credentials or Mobiilivarmenne.



 



As for the Verkkotallennus mentioned in your first post, it's the network recording feature of the Sonera Viihde TV-service, which became a paid service last November due to a new legislation which authorized intellectual property rights holders to charge operators and their customers a fixed fee for this kind of service.
