3.6 mt sonera usb modem internet!!!

Hi everybody

Sorry to everyone i cant speak finnish well so why i speak english.my problem is that i bought data plus usb internet from sonera.but this is so slow.my usb modem is nokia cs-15.i am living in karkkila.when i called sonera's office they said that karkkila have strong 3g but if this is strong why this is slow?i am downloading files 26kb-140 kb what is this?this is not even 1 mt net :S what i have to do about that?can i change usb modem net to normal modem net?is it more better? thanks for your helping.

    I don't know the answers why your Liikkuva laajakaista is not as quick as it should be but I can promise you that if you invest in Sonera ADSL or Laajakaista Extra, you won't experience the same problems. This is because ADSL or Extra use the landline network (phone line, cable TV or fiber) and therefore doesn't have some of the issues that wireless networks have.

    With Liikkuva laajakaista you can ask help from Technical Customer Care 0206 90101 and choose 6 (English) and 1 (Mobile).
