blocking certain sms

hi there

is it possible to block certain sms messages from even comeing through

for example a person is constantly texting sms me with rubbish

can I ask sonera to make a block list on my package so that 1 or 2 people can not sms me

I know there are programs available but they just put the messages to a block box
these programs are not what I want


I want the SMS not delivered on there phone
