Hi sorry I don't speak Finnish so my post will be in English.
My internet stopped working last night after a very brief power cut, I called the customer support today and they told me there is a fault that will be fixed today.
Although it still isn't working does anyone know if the fault has been repaired?
the postcode of my area is 02100 if that helps at all.

Is there still some problems or is your Broadband working well? If there is some problems, could you add your customer number to your information(settings-> profile-> customer number). This information is only shown to admins.

I haven't had a chance to check it but this morning the green WAN light on, on my router so I think its fixed.
In any case where do I find my customer number is it the same as my subscription number, if so then I have already added it to my profile.

You can find your customer number by signing in to "omat sivut"-page from here. You need to create personal Sonera account with your e-bank credentials first before signing in.
Subscription number is also fine, but please fill in the number without the line mark (-). ie. 346123456 to your user account information.

I haven't got a finnish id card so I suspect the net banking authorisation wont work.
I added my subscription number to my profile, could you please check my line to see if its working as intended?
Also is it possible for you to change my billing email address reminder as it is incorrect and i get an error when I try to change it myself.

I checked your connection and for now it is working fine. Yesterdays problem was caused by network fault in your area and it has been fixed this morning. It was probably caused by this powercut you mentioned.
What is your correct adress for e-mail billing? I find this: *firstname.*lastname@btopenworld dot com marked as active e-mail address?

The email should be firstname.lastname@aalto.fi
The guy at the shop got it wrong and must have forgot to change it.
I was also experiencing very slow speeds since I got it installed on Monday, Im meant to have 100/10 fibre optic. I haven't tested it yet today but could you do a speed test for me?

I can't test your speed from here, but are you using your computer via wireless network? Wireless connection is often slower than ethernet connection connected straight to your computer. I also checked that the line is open for 100/10mbit speed so that's not the problem.

Its ok I did a speed test last night and i got 96mb download so that seems to be fixed as well
