Hi,

The internet at my place started working suddenly from last midnight. It is a cable broadband connection.
Could you look at this?

    It seems that your connection type has changed from cable broadband connection to VDSL2 fibre connection. You had called to our customer service today and they have informed you about the new modem device and provided the Posti tracking code for it?

    You just need to install this new modem device and connect your computer to it. After that your connection should start working again!

    Hi,

    The problem is solved. I connected the new modem. Its good.
    Is it so that I will not be billed for the internet from this month due too the free service provided by our housing association?

    You need to pay from December only. In the future, your connection is now free of charge due too the free service provided by your housing association!
