Hi! I connected my Internet service provider. Internet speed 24 / 2, but my modem (TW-EA510 versio 2) is not working at this speed. I found the instructions on connecting that need to update the software modem. But I do not get, version software does not change.
I tried different versions of the firmware for this modem, but none of them are not established. Example version "Telewell-510v3b-1.06f.w9-8021x-5-A".
My version of software is "Software Version 2.35-B012-180-t0
Bootrom Version 1.01 " . How can I update the software. And it will, after this my modem to work at a speed which I hooked?
If not, what kind of modem is guaranteed to work at a speed of 24 / 2? Thank you!
In order to reach full speed of your Sonera Broadband Extra 24/2 Mbps -connection, you need to check first that your modem is using ADSL 2+ Annex.M -modulation setting. This setting makes modems 24/2 Mbps maximum connection speed possible.

Yes, I am using ADSL 2 + Annex.M settings. At the moment, the maximum connection speed when using a wireless connection is 11 Mbps, and cable connection maximum is 14 Mbps. The services engineer showed me on the device which he had with him, that the speed was 24 Mbps.

Please tell me what modem would be the best for my Internet service? Which model will provide at least similar results?
Telewell TW-EA510 should work at maximum speed on Sonera Broadband Extra. However, if you experienced problems during updating the firmware, manufacturers technical support could help you out.
