I would like to know how to redirect TeliaSonera Finance paper bill to my e-mail. It became a real big problem for me. I was calling 3 times to "asiakaspalvelu", trying to make it with banking codes through "omat sivut", visiting customer service office. Why it should so difficult????? Asiakaspalvelu said that " now its ok , and shouldnt pay 1,9eur every month for paper bill. But today I was very disappointed to get it again on paper to my post. I called customer service again they promissed to call me back but nothing happend. Where should I call or write to solve this probleem???
