Netti pätkii

Netti pätkii välillä todella paljon ja ajoinkin tuon modeemin login ja minulle sanottiin että pitää ottaa yhteyttä operaattoriin jos near-endissä esiintyy CRC erroria ja tältähän se sitten näytti kun viimeksi netti pätkäisi. Onko tälle mitään tehtävissä? käytössä on sonera 24 meganen valokuitu.

Hei NSam,

Lisäisitkö liittymänumeron tai asiakasnumeron tietoihisi. Lisääminen onnistuu valitsemalla Omat Asetukset >> Profiili >> Asiakasnumero. Jos lisäät liittymänumeron, niin lisää se ilman "-" merkkiä, muodossa 346123456.

Eihän sinulla ole käytössä kaksi modeemia yhtäaikaa? Linjalla näyttäisi olevan telewellin lisäksi jokin muu laite? Liittymässä ei voi käyttää kuin yhtä modeemia kerrallaan. Mikäli modeemisi on siltaava, silloin suosittelisin testausta vielä toisella modeemilla ettei pätkiminen johdu siitä.
Käytössä on vain yksi tw-ea510v3 modeemi reititin.

Netti näyttää toimivan täysin normaalisti ethernet portista 4 mutta 1, 2 ja 3 pätkivät.

Modeemiin on kytketty 3 tietokonetta portteihin 1-3.

Lisäksi kaverini naapuri taloyhtiöstä on valittanut samaa pätkimistä ja hänelläkin on soneran valokuitu, mutta käyttää wireless nettiä ZyXEL modemilla.

Onkohan mahdollisesti tuo 4-portti siltaavassa tilassa? Se selittäisi miksi linjalla näkyy 2 laitetta jotka noutavat IP-osoitteen. Suosittelisin yhä toisen modeemin testausta liittymässä koska 4-portista yhteys toimii hyvin mutta 1-3 ei toimi. Jos ongelma olisi verkon puolella, ei mikään porteista toimisi hyvin.

Naapurisi ongelmia en pysty tästä tarkistamaan mutta neuvona voisin ehdottaa, toimiiko yhteys normaalisti hänellä verkkokaapelin ylitse?
Kyllä, 4portti on sillattavassa tilassa ja ainoa mistä netti toimii oikein. Modeemi on melko uusi koska vanhassa modeemissa toimi vain 2 porttia jotka molemmat olivat palomuurittomia ja sillattuja. Netin pätkiminen on täysin samaan aikaan alkanut kaverin kanssa ja pätkiminen on täysin samanlaista.

Epäilisin yhä että modeemissasi on ongelmaa tai modeemin ja tietokoneen välillä on ongelmaa nuiden porttien 1-3 osalta.
