We are trying to make some changes to our account via your website however; the web site shows we have Surf package- But We have We have mix m mtv Total + and Surf and I just payed the new bill and all 3 are billed and we watch them.  

Can someone please update web site or contact me so we can get this fixed, I need to make changes asap
