asetukset modeemille Asus DSL-N12U ADSL2

Hello, i buy yesterday the Asus DSL-N12U ADSL2 modem. But i dont get connect to the internet.
I have make the Installation like your Homepage:

But the modem write always "Please connect the cabel to the telefon box"

Can you tell me the problem.

    Hi Maxwell74,

    Can you check your customer number. You can check it by choosing "Omat asetukset >> Profiili >> Asiakasnumero". Writen your customer number to the spot marked "Asiakasnumero" and then click "Lähetä". Write it down without any spaces between the numbers.

    Have you connected the phone cable (RJ-11 cable) to a phone socket? If there are more than one socket in your apartment, then you should try connectin your modem to those also.
