iPhone will be automatically unlock when contract period ends. Usually contract period is 12 or 24 months. After that You should connect Your phone to iTunes and make finally unlocking there. If phone is now still locked, contract period is valid.

Yes, i'm understand, but it doesn't not work with my device, also Purchase Date is 13.06.2012, and it clearly says that the contract has long been completed, please double check my IMEI in your database please.

Could we please have your telephone number from the time you were having a Sonera mobile telephone subscription with an iPhone 4S device. Your telephone number has most likely started with 040, but what was the rest of the number.
We also need your full name, if you are the person who have signed the contract with Sonera. In case you have a Finnish Social Security Number (Person ID), we need your date of birth in order to be able to check out the situation of your iPhone.

The unlock of the iPhone with the IMEI-code you mentioned previously has now been made. You should now connect your iPhone to iTunes with UCELL´s SIM-card.
If your iPhone does not start working, you could try to press home button and power button at the same time until Apple`s logo comes to iPhone´s display.
