Hi,
I got this phone that i pay monthly and i downloaded the telia app, i have also payed through the telia app but i got this bill or post from telia and im not sure if it says i didnt pay it or did pay it so could anyone help me? I also checked my bank payment history and it shows that i payed the the monthly bill.

However, you can contact our customer care via chat on Telia.fi -website for example. You can also contact us via Facebook or Twitter and we can have a look at this issue.
