How to add existing router MAC address?

I currently have an internet subscription " Connection to home L 70-100 Mbit/s ". I would like to connect my existing router to the TV wall socket and for that I need to send Telia my MAC address. But the "My device ” page does not give me that option as stated in this help page:  https://www.telia.fi/asiakastuki/nettiyättät/kayttoonotto-kaapeli#modeemin-cm-mac-osoite
How can I provide the MAC address for my router?

    Have you tried to clear browser cache or tried different browser yet? Sometimes Minun Telia -page is not showing those menu’s properly and clearing cache may help. And if you have ordered an VDSL or Ethernet -subscription, you have no option to give the MAC -address since it is not needed. Then connection should work from different socket.

    You can all ways ask about what connection type is for your subscription from our customer service. Chat is helping you 24/7. Customer service can also save your MAC address if you ask for it.
