Can't send message with telia - error 0

I am not able to send messages from my Samsung galaxy S10 and I have Telia subscription. Can someone please help me to understand what could be problem?  I can see the sms centre number is also there and is the correct one.

First solution: Force restart your Galaxy S10 that can’t send text messages

If you’ve been able to send text messages or SMS without any issues prior to this problem, then it could only be due to a minor glitch or firmware issue. This can be fixed by a simple force restart which refreshes your phone’s memory as well as reload all apps and services. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold the volume down button and don’t release it.
  2. While holding the volume button, press and hold the power key as well.
  3. Keep both keys held down together until the Galaxy S10 logo shows on the screen.

Once the phone has rebooted successfully, try sending a text message to your own number to see if your phone still can’t send text messages. If the problem persists, move on to the next procedure.

Hmm, so have You checked that sms center number is +358 40 520 2000. Sometimes I have seen that the last zero is missing. If this number is correct, You should check that You don't have any barrs in Your subscription to sms sending. You can check it by sign in to Minun Telia with online bank ID. By the way can You recieve sms normally?
