Hi, I ordered a new phone line from Telia last week (Aug 6) and it says the sim card is usually delivered in 1-2 business days, but until now it hasn't arrived. Does it usually take longer than the set ETA?

+7Afaik it's sent via normal Posti delivery (letter). Posti tells on their website that normal delivery time is four weekdays. Tuesdays aren't counted as letter etc. aren't delivered on that day anymore.
If you are in hurry, I guess you may visit Telia store and ask a new sim card, especially if it's lost in postal service.
