Unfortunately i am not able to make calls and when i am to answer the incoming calls they too get disconnected the moment i answer them.

Hello
Is the problem been for a long time or have suddenly started? As first i suggest you to reboot phone and toggle the airplany/fly mode on for a while and then switch back to online. This makes phone to reconnect mobile network as “fresh” connection. Does these help anything?
