Could you check status of my prepaid subscriptions 040******* , 040*******



I try to refill balance for prepaid cards 040******* , 040******* with no luck.

I get "your account is not a prepaid."

I had to hide the phone numbers you wrote, this is the public forum and we are not able to handle any detailed customer information in here. Are you sure about the phone numbers and that those are prepaid subscriptions for sure? When have you refilled those the last time?

Did you type your number correctly? Do not leave a blank space between numbers. In other words, enter the phone number, for example, using your own number instead of this: 040123456 If there is a space between the numbers, then the text will appear stating that your number is not a prepaid number.
