Telia SIM-Card disconnects temporarily

Apologies for the English, my finnish language is still at the level of a child.

 

Moved to Rovaniemi a while ago and bought a telia sim which has been working fine up until a few months ago where both my UK simcard and the telia one would frequently disconnect temporarily.

 

I've tested with just the UK simcard and it never has the issue but when using the finnish one or finnish with the UK sim card the issue comes back. Recently its been cutting off multiple times a day and after a minute reconnects.

 

Tried testing it on my Tablet and the telia randomly cuts out whereas the UK sim seems fine.

 

Has anyone had a similar issue and did you resolve it?

 

Currently using the Galaxy fold 4 and Tab S7 if that helps.

your disconnections issue sounds very similar.

i recently have an issue where telia disconnects periodically. it won't happen every day, but when it happens, internet is constantly breaking.

my differences:

zyxel nr2101, router.

normal telia network, not joint network (yhteisverkko). joint network operates for telia and dna in a north and east.

i have 5g subscription.

i think this is partially related what i found earlier, in which i send malfunction report. it seems that this is a different case.

consider sending malfunction report through customer service. i suggest chat.

It still persists unfortunately. 

Planning to buy a new simcard soon, just hope I can transfer my number on the new one.

Sorry to hear that the disconnecting problems still occurs! Did you contact to our customer care or sent us the malfunction report? I was wondering if you got any answer to that?

Planning to buy a new simcard soon, just hope I can transfer my number on the new one.

That is always a possibility that there is something wrong with the SIM card. Do you have Telia Kauppa nearby? There we can test the connection with another SIM-card.
