First of all I want to mention that I have NEVER seen such a bad service like sonera gives...
I have ordered internet service from Sonera via my company, and they told me that it will take 6 weeks to set it up.. 6 weeks.. My previous contract was with WELHO and it took only 1 day to set it up! Anyways first of all I needed to wait at home to get Router (last week), then I got appointment with a Sonera engineer on 13.10.2010 (12:00-16:00) to fix the line for ADSL. The person didn't show up on this date !! What a surprise...
I needed to call your customer service 5-6 times to tell my problem and they told me that they will turn back to me. Afterwards the customer service told me that they will fix the problem on Friday. An hr later field technical called and told me that can we have meeting on Monday... an other surprise.. Finally he came this morning and fixed the line BUT he said "the router that Sonera sent, is not the proper one and the connection does not work with it"
he said that I need a vdm or something like this modem router that goes to 100mbs....
This is unbelievable and unacceptable! I am a businessman and yes I have other important things to do than waiting your Sonera technicians at home... My hourly rate costs hundred of euros and to get a simple internet connection I need to fights for weeks with Sonera...
I am really disappointed and have no words. If this was happening with Welho ( would never happen though) they would have apologized 100 times and offered free connection upgrade..
I will forward this message to sonera managers until everybody will start to do their work properly..
I think this message is quite strong but it is the simple truth.
