Not sure if the network is open

Hi sorry I don't speak Finnish so my post will be in English.

I opened a new network, and the contract start date is December 1st. However, the Internet still cannot be accessed after the router is installed.

    What kind of connection type this is? Do you have an ethernet -sockets, mobile router or something else? Can you sent a picture of router, from front and backside?
