Määräaikainen sopimus – irtisanominen

I have a questions for you. I have Määräaikainen sopimus and I am moving out of Finland in December. From 31.12.2011 I will no longer live in that appartment. How can I quit that sopimus? I am now on holidays and is it possible to quit some other way then comeing to you or calling? Please I need answer until 31.12.2011. Thank you.
