Tietoja toimituksista

• Apple iPhone 12 ja iPhone 12 Pro-mallien ennakkomyynti käynnistyy 16.10. klo 15.00 verkkokaupassamme, myymälöissämme sekä asiakaspalvelukanavissamme. Toimitukset alkavat näiden mallien osalta perjantaina 23.10. jolloin ensimmäisen erän puhelimet ovat myös perillä. Postitoimipaikasta riippuen toimitus voi mennä seuraavalle toimituspäivälle.
• Ne, jotka saavat puhelimen ensimmäisestä erästä saavat 22.10.2020 viestin: Hei, tilauksesi (tilausnumero) on nyt pakattu ja se lähetetään pian varastoltamme. Ne, joiden tilausta ei päästä vielä toimittamaan, saavat "Kiitos iPhone 12 -puhelimen ennakkotilauksesta!" -viestin.
• Myynninaloitus valikoiduissa myymälöissä 23.10. sekä saatavilla olevat mallit ja määrät:
  • Helsinki, Tripla (avataan klo 9.00)
  • Helsinki, CityCenter (avataan poikkeuksellisesti klo 9.00)
  • Vantaa, Jumbo (avataan klo 9.00)
  • Tampere, Ratina (avataan poikkeuksellisesti klo 9.00)
  • Raisio, Mylly (avataan poikkeuksellisesti klo 9.00)
  • Saatavilla olevat mallit ja määrät:
    • iPhone 12 128 Gt sininen - 10 kpl / myymälä
    • iPhone 12 Pro 128 Gt harmaa - 5 kpl / myymälä
    • iPhone 12 Pro 128 Gt sininen - 5 kpl / myymälä
• Apple iPhone 12 Mini ja iPhone 12 Pro Max-mallien ennakkomyynti käynnistyy 6.11. klo 15:00 verkkokaupassamme, myymälöissämme sekä asiakaspalvelukanavissamme. Toimitukset sekä myymälämyynti alkavat näiden mallien osalta perjantaina 13.11.
• Tuttuun tapaan myynnin alkuvaiheessa puhelimien määrät ovat rajattuja. Saamme kuitenkin Applelta uusia eriä, jotka jakautuvat myyntiin myymälöihin sekä verkkokauppaan/asiakaspalveluun. Mikäli haluamasi malli on loppu myymälöistä sekä keskusvarastoltamme, voit tehdä tilauksen valmiiksi, jolloin toimitus tapahtuu heti kun puhelinta saapuu meille varastoon.
• Tulemme päivittämään tätä aloituspostausta saatavuuksista sitä mukaa, kun toimitukset ja tilaukset etenevät.
• Viimeisin toimittamaton iPhone -listaa ei enää päivitetä. Tarvittaessa voit kysyä oman tilauksesi tilannetta asiakaspalvelustamme.

Toimitamme puhelimet tilausjärjestyksessä. Kun tilaus on mennyt kokonaisuudessaan järjestelmistämme läpi, se menee odottamaan toimitusta. Normaalisti tämä käy nopeasti heti tilauksen jälkeen, mutta joissain tilanteissa järjestelmä voi käydä läpi erilaisia tarkastuksia, jolloin tilaus menee jonoon vasta koko tilausprosessin läpi käytyään. Samana päivänä etenkin myynnin alkuvaiheessa voi tulla paljon tilauksia, joten samana päivänä tehdyt tilaukset voivat toimittua eri aikaan. Laitteet lähtevät toimitukseen vanhimmasta tilauksesta alkaen sitä mukaa, kun Applelta saapuu puhelimia varastoomme. Päivitämme tähän aloituspostaukseen tietoja saatavuuksista mallikohtaisesti toimitusten edetessä.

on hyödytöntä kysyä jotain, parempi tilata niiltä, jotka tietävät jotain ja ovat vastuussa jostakin

Yepp... I'm not suprised to see so many people sad to not have the phone we did pre-ordered.. I have also ordered before from Telia and it seems to be very much communication errors.. I ordered the Iphone 12 pro 128gb Pacific blue, 22.10 and it says:

So does that mean I have to contact them again? It's like 5:th time I have already told them to check what the status is with this product... Might be the last time I order from here.

So I have only one conclusion. First of all There’s no order how to send items , and as always there is no responsible person and it is impossible to get any information

just wait or cancel the order and buy from another store

Yeah, I told also my friend, that if I haven't heard any status about my order this week I have to cancel it and order from Elisa. Because I have friends that ordered after me and they have the phone already.. So I might also cancel if it does not show up any information or detail about my order.. I mean atleast do we deserve to know what is going on...

Selvitin asiaa ja tällä hetkellä ei ole tietoa siitä, tuleeko kyseisiä puhelimia myymälöihin saataville. Päivittelemme kuitenkin tämän ketjun postausta sitä mukaan, kun lisätietoja esimerkiksi myymälämyynnin osalta on antaa ja saatavilla.

Edit: Tähän olikin sulle jo vastattu aikaisemmin, mutta tuleepa nyt sitten tuplana tietoa 🙂

Did your friends order from Telia also? I kinda doubt they got the phone before you FROM Telia, because you did order quite late since the pre-order date was 16.10. meaning there are a total of 6 days before your order when people ordered the phones. SIX Full days of ordering iPhone 12 Pro's means a *******ing ton of orders and without a doubt Telia has not received that many 12 Pro''s from Apple yet (as they have already said in this thread, the availability is very limited in the launch compared to the number of orders). There are probably thousands of orders before you. 

This is not Telia Finland's or Telia Company's fault that Apple has not shipped out more iPhones yet, that is a fault of Apple, and you(everyone) should maybe talk to them and take your complaints to Apple since they are the ones that really affect the deliveries. 

True, Telia could do better in informing about the current status of our order, since it only says "Order confirmed" as the status, which well says nothing, but I wouldn't be only mad at Telia in this situation

I checked up  elisa store  today.  Wanted to cancel today too...There’s no phones. At least my pro 256. But however there is info that 2-3 weeks for delivery. And I know that In 2-3 weeks I’ll receive it. 

here I don’t know what’s going on. Waiting tomorrow and day after and cancel too ...

Jos tilaisi suoraan Applen sivuilta minkä tahansa pro -mallin - oli väri tai muisti mikä tahansa, niin toimitusaika on 2-3 viikkoa. Tuosta voi aika hyvin varmasti päätellä, että pro -mallien tilaajat saattavat joutua odottamaan puhelintaan operaattoreilta todella pitkään.

Juu jep. Mietin, että katsotaan tuo Pro Maxin tilaus vielä perjantaina klo 15. Jospa sitä saataisiin toimitettua vähän paremmalla syklillä. Täytyy varmaan miettiä tuota väriäkin hiukan, että onko jotain "perinteisempää" helposti saatavilla.
