Hello, I have problems with my mobiililaajakaista, my child put thre times a wrong PIN and now the internet stick is blocked. How can I get the PUK to unblock the internet stick and put a new PIN?

    You'll find Your Puk code from http://www.sonera.fi/omatsivut ->
    If You don't have any password, You will be needing your finnish online bank account login details for creating the “Asiakastunnus” account.

    When You have logged in, go to Liittymänhallinta.

    If You can't find that code, You can allways call to our Customer Care 0200 17000.
